Child's auto seat held secure in vehicle structure by anchorage point

A child's seat suitable for temporary installation within a road vehicle is secured by a shock absorbing socket which is permanently attached to the vehicle structure. The child's seat has fixture points which plug into and directly couple with the receiving socket which forms part of the vehicle structure. The fitting (1-22) incorporates a safety lock.
