The invention concerns a flexible self-supporting impression mould or plate, with anti-adhesive internal surface suitable to be in contact with food, for moulding or baking pastry capable of being baked or the like. It comprises a fabric forming a support impregnated with at least a cured polysiloxane type resin, said fabric being thermoformed and provided with at least an appropriate anti-adhesive coating layer, in particular based on silicone rubber or elastomer suitable for being in contact with food, at least on its surface designed to be in contact with food. The invention also concerns a method for making said impression mould or plate.
