Y-shaped dividing walls (6,7,8) extend preferably from the center to divide the ring-shape into a circle segment-shaped operating chamber (80) and two similar water storage chambers (60,70) of the same size. Water intake (600,700) and extraction points (601,701) are located near the wall of the ring. A bottom drain (602,702) and an overflow (603,703) are positioned near the extraction point.
