The pushing force creating device has a rotary cylinder (3) in a casing (10) sealed against the outside environment. The casing consists of two pressure chambers (1, 2). The cylinder has a perforated surface and separates the two chambers from each other. The first pressure chamber may have a fluid (e.g. oil) pumped into it to bring it to a higher pressure than the other pressure chamber.
