Each of the half pieces is pushed into one of the holes, forming a cover surface which is pressed against the corresponding hole wall. The cover surfaces of the half pieces have radially extending projections. The double pin device (3) is tubular and hollow and is of one-piece construction over the two half pieces (8) and the cover surfaces (11). The diameter of the holes (6,7) is enlarged to at least 15mm and the two one-piece half pieces are inserted in the holes without clearance. The radial projections are lamellas (10) with an elongated radial dimension. They are bendable crossways to that dimension and are bent in the holes against the insertion direction.
