The low structural height makes possible distance adjustment as far as format 4.5 x 6 in small picture mirror reflex cameras. The pivot movement of the applied lens is only provided on one side but is double as wide as with a construction with two-sided pivoting. The pivoting is limited by end stops and is regulated by an adjustment screw (10). The central point of the adapter (1) pivot circle at each adjustment is located on the film plane. The cross displacement of a lens fitted on the adapter is possible from the center in both directions and limited by end stops.
