The fluid pump has at least one cylinder (13) for a sliding piston (11) with a cylindrical rotary valve (1). The cylindrical surface of the rotary valve (1) has the control openings (6,7). The eccentric drive is through shaft shoulders (2,3). A housing (10) carries the piston (11) or cylinder in a radial orientation to the eccentric axis. A channel (12) leads to the end of the piston or in the cylinder, to work with the control openings (6,7). The cylinder (13) or the piston slides on a guide at right angles to its axis and at right angles to the axis of the shaft shoulders.
