Disclosed is a transparent sheet or film which can be produced with high productivity, and has high transparency, excellent antistatic property and high reflection reducing ability, and also has high hardness and excellent resistance to marring and to a solvent. The transparent sheet or film comprises a transparent support, a first transparent and electrically conductive layer comprising a cured film of a resin containing fine particles of electro-conductive zinc salt of antimonic acid anhydride formed on the support, and a second transparent layer formed on the first layer and having a refractive index lower than that of the first layer.
