A chamber of the housing incorporating the motor is closed off by a shaped lid (8) made of steel plate which lies on an axial surface of the motor by elastic deformation. It loads the motor with another axial surface against a housing wall (11) which has recesses (12) for the pinion and contacts (14) that lead into a gearbox chamber (15). The lid has a roll-over section (18) which encloses a housing collar (19).
