Heat exchanger for carbon dioxide coolant in circuit

The heat exchanger has several flat tubes (2) through which carbon dioxide coolant flows, and a pair of distributor boxes (4) on the longitudinal ends of the tubes. Each tube has a through flow sector with several flow passages, and a flow-free passage sector. The through flow passage sector is fitted in the distributor boxes so that the flow passages are connected to the distributor boxes and the flow-free sector is outside the distributor boxes.
