This invention is a therapeutic fingernail treatment device which injects active ingredients via a specially-designed spray nozzle, which attaches to the fingernail in a sealed sleeve to remedy fingernail fungus infections. By developing cyclical high-pressure and low-pressure conditions in the sleeve, active ingredients are injected and impregnated into the space between the fingernail and the fingertip to achieve the desired therapeutic effects by treating and eleminating fungus infections. Advantages of the invention include conservation of the usage of active ingredients by recycling them in the sealed sleeve and avoiding wastage of ingredients. The spray nozzle (14) is contoured to increase efficiency by providing good contact between the active ingredients, and the entire fingernail area. A compact design can be provided requiring no special skill for device operation.
