PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alkali developing type photo-curing conductive paste composition with no warping and no line width shrinkage after sintering, capable of easily forming a wide area, highly fine conductive circuit pattern, and especially useful for forming an electrode circuit of a plasma display panel. SOLUTION: This composition contains (A) an acrylic copolymer containing a carboxyl group and an ethylenic unsaturated group, (B) a photopolymerizable monomer, (C) a photopolymerization initiator, (D) a titanocene derivative, (E) conductive metal powder, and (F) glass frit if necessary. The photo-curing conductive paste composition is applied to a glass substrate of a plasma display panel, exposed according to the specified pattern, developed with an alkaline aqueous solution, then baked to form a highly fine electrode circuit. |
