PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the small sized delay line with tap in which a low loss is attained and also a temperature characteristic of an excellent suppression ratio of an autocorrelation waveform is enhanced without the need for a complicated temperature compression circuit. SOLUTION: This delay line uses a LiTaO3 substrate 2 with X-cut 112 deg.±3 deg., Y propagation. An interdigital electrode section 3 and coding electrode sections 4, 5 with a plurality of taps are formed on the LiTaO3 substrate 2. An upper end of a main lobe in the frequency characteristic is 322 MHz or below and the delay time is 1.3 μ sec or below. |
