PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the pressure by a pressurizing pump so that the reduced pressure can be used for a membrane filtering device by carrying out processes of dissolution of ozone. oxidation of org. substances in the water to be treated and adsorption of oxidized org. substances while pressurizing by a pump., and then reducing the pressure to the filtering pressure to be used for membrane filtration. SOLUTION: Ozone gas 51 generated by an ozone generator 5 is injected and mixed through an ejector 5A in the sucking side of a pressurizing pump 6 to a purified water 4 to be treated, and the mixture is sprayed under pressure by the pressurizing pump 6 through a nozzle 61 in the lower part of a dissolving reaction tank 7. The purified water 4 which absorbs ozone promotes the oxidation reaction with soluble org. substances in an oxidation catalyst tank 71 of the dissolving reaction tank 7 and consumes the dissolved ozone while the water decomposes by itself. Then the water is introduced through a pipe 78 to the lower part of an adsorption tank 8 while the flow rate is adjusted with a pressure controlling valve 7b. The pressure of the water 10 treated in the reaction tank 7 and the adsorption tank 8 is reduced and adjusted with a pressure controlling valve 8b to the filtering pressure of a membrane filtering device 11, and the water is filtered by membrane modules 11A, 11B to obtain a filtered water 12. |
