METHOD FOR FILLING A SYRINGE AND DEVICE THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for filling a medical syringe and a device for carrying out the method by which the volume of medicine can be reduced as filling a syringe, and a syringe of a size suitable for the volume of a freeze-dried product can be used especially when a product to fill the syringe is freeze-dried. SOLUTION: A filling container 3 is joined to the feeding edge of a cylinder 1 of the syringe. The filling container 3 is opened toward the cylinder 1 and sealed against the cylinder 1. Then a material is put in the filling container 3 and the cylinder 1, and the material filled in the filling container 3 and the cylinder 1 is processed with a step of reducing the volume. Finally, the filling container 3 is disengaged from the cylinder 1, and the cylinder 1 is either closed or sent to another step.
