PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the multi-function device where a processing content instructed by a form is registered to a key and the processing content registered in the key is easily confirmed. SOLUTION: When the device is set to a form job registration mode by a user operation section 10, if a form is entered, a form analysis section 24 analyzes a processing content of the form and registers it to a job memory and refers it to a job memory key with a number designated by the user. Furthermore, in the case the form generating mode is set by the user operation section 10 and the job memory key mentioned above is depressed, the processing content registered therein is given to a form generating section, where it is generated as a form, and a check box is filled in accordance with a given parameter and the form is outputted from an output terminal 32. |
