PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document preparation device capable of editing and calculating a document to be printed on an existing slip form over plural pages by providing a plural-page calculation means capable of preparing and executing a calculation formula over the plural pages against numerals arranged in optional coordinates and directions composed on independent areas of plural pages. SOLUTION: A control processor 40 is provided with a plural-page calculation function part 41 for preparing and executing a calculation formula over plural pages and a plural-page recognition function part 42 for recognizing a table over the plural pages as one table and storing it in a storage device 50 as table data 53. Further, the processor 40 is provided with a plural-page table calculation function part 43 for preparing and executing a table calculation formula over the plural pages by using the table data 53 prepared by the plural- page recognition function part 42, and a plural-page table editing function part 44 for editing the table over the plural pages by using the table data 53 prepared by the plural-page recognition function part 42. Thus, preparation of the calculation formula over the plural pages and execution of the calculation formula are made possible. |
