PARTITION FORMING FILM FOR PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide partition forming technology for a PDP by which a highly accurate partition can be formed with a good workability by a simple process and also at a low cost. SOLUTION: Partition forming material 3 is filled in a recessed part of carrier film 2 having a recessed part 2 corresponding to a shape of a partition, and the carrier film is formed from thermoplastic resin which can be cracked and removed by baking in a baking process of the partition forming material. Since a manufacturing process for partition forming film is independent from a manufacturing process for a PDP, a quality control for the both processes can be divided, and as a result, a total yield is enhanced and a manufacturing cost is reduced.
