PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with change of rubber material or oil feed to make an air pressure supplying circuit usable as it is by arranging a catalyst for decomposing ozone in supplied compressed air in the upstream beyond a pneumatic equipment in the air pressure supplying circuit. SOLUTION: The compressed air fed through a feed port 31 is passed through a mesh filter 33 to remove dust, and introduced into a pressure intensifying chamber 36 through a check valve 34. When the air pressure of the intensifying chamber 36 is raised to the set pressure of an intensification regulating valve 50, a valve element 53 is opened against the energizing force of a spring 54 and the back pressure of the valve element 53, and the pressure intensified air is force-fed to an output port 32 side through a plate catalyst 60. The compressed air reduced in ozone concentration by the catalyst 60 is expanded and cooled in a deflector 62 and also rotated. At this time, the compressed air is passed through a filter 66 after ozone is more broken by the collision of ozone to a rotating chamber circumferential wall 64 and the contact with the dew condensed by the cooling, and force-fed as purified compressed air to a compressed air equipment through the output port 32. |
