PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a detector array to enable the quantity of slice and slice resolution or slice thickness to be changed by constituting a collimator so as to be used in multiple slice mode operation. SOLUTION: A detector array 18 includes plural detector modules fixed on an arch shaped detector housing 50. Each detector module 20 includes a multidimension photodiode array and a multidimension scintillator array placed neighboring thereon. The detector array 18 is placed in front of the scintillator array neighboring thereto and includes a collimator to collimate an X-ray beam before the X-ray beam is projected into the scintillator array. The photodiode array includes optically combined plural photodiodes. The photodiode generates electric output signals to express the optical output by the scintillator.
