<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treatment apparatus capable of efficiently producing a solid particle having surface characteristics with high quality. SOLUTION: This surface treatment apparatus for treating surface of a solid particle comprises at least a first and a second cylindrical treatment chambers 29a, 29b, a rotary driving shaft 3 contained in the first and the second cylindrical treatment chambers, and a first and a second rotating rotors 2a, 2b having a plurality of blades 9a, 9b, respectively, in the front faces. The diameter R1a of the first rotating rotor 2a and the diameter R1b of the second rotating rotor 2b are R1b >R1a ; the gap L2a between the blades 9a and the side wall 7a in the first cylindrical treatment chamber 29a is 0.5-20.0 mm; and the gap L2b between the blades 9b and the side wall 7b in the second cylindrical treatment chamber 29b is also 0.5-20.0 mm.</p> |
