PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate wall thickness shortage, pinhole cracking, and others and to improve moldability by chucking a rolled sheet surely. SOLUTION: The circumferential part of a rolled sheet is stuck into a chucking pin 36, the pin is held, the upper and lower surfaces are inserted between holding plates 35, 46 from the upper and lower sides, and the sheet is held surely. In this way, pinhole cracking and wall thickness shortage can be prevented, during the press molding of the sheet, the tension applied to the sheet by the equilibrating action of the spring pressure of springs 34, 35 installed in upper and lower side chucking parts 30, 40 can be adjusted appropriately to prevent the excess pulling of the sheet into a mold and to secure good moldability without the generation of wrinkles. |
