PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient method for digesting isoflavone, lignan, saponin, catechin and/or phenolic acid as a nutritive feeding agent or a component in a food of a more traditional type by everyone. SOLUTION: The objective composition is prepared by extracting a plant chemical substance from a plant body. The composition is preferably reinforced with isoflavone, lignan, saponin, catechin and phenolic acid. Whereas soybean is a preferable supplying source of the chemical substances, another plant such as pearlwort, arrowroot, flax or cocoa may be used. The composition is useful as a nutritive feeding agent adding to a food for treating various cancer, premenopausal syndrome, postmenopausal syndrome or various other diseases. |
