PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the pen input durability in the use for a touch panel and to perform an effective manufacture by forming an amorphous transparent conductive film on one side of a transparent plastic through a hardenable polymer hardened layer, and setting the adhesion between the both to a specified value or more. SOLUTION: A transparent plastic film F is formed of an organic polymer, and it may be drawn as occasion demands. As the organic polymer, a polyester film such as polyethylene terephthalate is preferable. As a hardenable polymer hardened layer A, an ester of acrylic acid is desirable, and a polymer derived from 35-60 mol.% of ethyl acrylate, 30-55 mol.% of methyl methacrylate and 2-20 mol.% of methacrylate amide is desirably used. The hardenable polymer regulates the cross-linking structure formed in the film layer, and the adhesion between the hardenable polymer hardened layer A and a transparent conductive thin film B is set to 15 g/15 mm or more. |
