PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide nonflammable insulating liquid lighter than single fluorocarbon and less expensive by forcibly mixing fluorocarbon with other insulating liquid in the form of emulsion. SOLUTION: A mixture of insulating liquid containing at least 25% fluorocarbon solution by volume is added with 1-3% emulsifying agent by volume then they are emulsified to form nonflammable insulating liquid. By using polyol ester or dimethyl siloxane as the insulating liquid, the nonflammable insulating liquid free from environmental pollution or problem is formed. By using tricresyl phosphate as the insulating liquid, the nonflammable insulating liquid having specific dielectric constant near to that of insulating paper can be prepared. |
