<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment with a function as an indoor decoration and make it possible to allow it to provide information according to the environment, by allowing the equipment to communicate wireless with outside equipments for various processing and to display images or output voice according to the environment during charging. SOLUTION: After detecting the outside environment, a small-size portable information equipment 1 refers to a table 12 and then notifies a charging/ communicating module 4 of an address for optimum information and programs by wireless communication. In response to the notification, the charging/ communicating module 4 accesses the address (URL) by means of a personal computer, a net TV, a telephone line or the like to download the information on the programs and transfers the data to the small-size portable information equipment 1. Then, the small-size portable information equipment 1 displays the data on a display section 3 like an electric bulletin board or outputs voice. Or, it displays an image or character most suitable as an indoor decoration or outputs voice. Furthermore, it can also display the latest topics as an indoor electric bulettin board or output voice.</p> |
