<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive presence/absence detector with high quality and high durability for detecting the presence/absence of a patient. SOLUTION: This presence/absence detector is provided with a sensor case 5 having plural protrusions on an eccentric circumference for detecting the presence/absence of a patient in bedding according to weight imposed on the bedding, sensor board 6 on whose lower face a distortion sensing resistor is attached on the sensor case 5, pressurizing body 2 having a protrusion for pushing the opposite face to which the distortion sensing resistor is attached, and having a circular-arc face-shaped recessed part on the upper face on the sensor substrate 6, and a cover member 3 for covering the sensor case 5.</p> |
