<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a rotation minimized in torque difference depending on the rotating direction by constituting a number of support members provided relatively rotatable around a shaft body by a cylinder part for elastically holding the shaft body and a base part extended radially outward. SOLUTION: In this rotating holding device, protruding parts extended from a cylindrical part in the radial direction of support members 2 are inserted to hook parts 11b, 12b formed on an equipment body 11 and a monitor 12 as positioning and locking members. When the monitor 12 is rotated in opening direction to the equipment body 11, one support member 2 generates a lock torque to the shaft body 1 to fix the shaft body 1 and the support member, and the other support member 2 is slipped to the shaft body 1. When the monitor 12 is rotated in closing direction to the body, conversely, the support member 2 slipped to the shaft body 11, in the opening direction is laid in the fastening direction, and the other movable member 2 generating the lock torque is slipped. Thus, a substantially constant torque can be formed regardless of the rotating direction.</p> |
