<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airtight molded container which retains shape, and maintains shading and gas barrier properties, etc., of the molded container main body, with which the time necessary for heat sealing the molded container main body and the cover material is shortened, and the production efficiency of a product is increased. SOLUTION: This airtight molded container 10 is formed by heat sealing the flange part 14 formed on a molded container main body 12 and a sheet shape cover material 16. The thickness structure of the container flange part 14 and the container side wall part 18 is in the relation of flange part <= container side wall part. The molded tray container main body 12 is made of polypropylene/ethylenevinylalcohol copolymer/polypropylene, etc., taking insulation, shading and gas barrier characteristics into consideration. The sheet shape cover material 16 is made of polyethylene terephthalate/ethylenevinylalcohol copolymer/polypropylene, etc., taking insulation, shading and gas barrier characteristics into consideration just as the molded tray container main body 12.</p> |
