PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building constituted in such a way that heat insulating structure at a ceiling part below a roof can be constructed easily with little labor while improving the heat insulating performance of the building. SOLUTION: Heat insulating panels 9A, 9B are installed being supported on the upper faces of horizontal members 5 formed of beams or girders provided between a ceiling board 10 and a roof 1. A space 11 for installing ceiling equipments 7, 8 is formed between the heat insulating panels 9A, 9B and the ceiling board 10. The heat insulating panels 9A, 9B are provided with airtight members forming airtight, heat insulating and moisture condensation proof lines. |
