PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a judgement which is speedy and accurate for a customer side by obtaining new effective information needed for the judgement of real estate dealings. SOLUTION: According to a control program in a memory 8, a CPU 9 calculates contents corresponding to common item output fields, output fields of a 1st form, and output fields of a 2nd form on the basis of common data inputted from an operation part 4 to respective common item input fields and automatically displays those arithmetic results in the corresponding output fields of the respective formats of a selling slip or buying slip of a real estate dealing table on the television monitor 2 of an image display part 3, so not only a broker, but also a client can easily obtain new effective information necessary for the judgement of real estate dealings and can speedily make an accurate judgement. |
