PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the transmission reception system that forms an accurate output image independently of a phase difference between a system clock and a transfer cycle on a receiver side. SOLUTION: The transmission reception system is provided with a transmitter 12, a transmission line 14 and a receiver 16. The transmitter 12 is provided with an image signal source 18, a transmission circuit 20, a receiver 16 a cycle register 22 that outputs common time information to the transmission circuit 20 and the receiver 16, a reception circuit 24 that receives transmission start time information from the receiver 16, and an image signal source control section 26 that controls a timing of output of image data from the image signal source 18 based on the time information and the transmission start time information. The receiver 16 is provided with a reception circuit 28, a line memory 30, an image forming section 32, a cycle time register 34, a synchronization control section 36 that calculates transmission start time information based on a synchronizing signal outputted from the image forming section 32 and the time information and a transmission circuit 38 that sends the transmission star time to time transmitter 12. |
