PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To input and convert a reading or pronunciation of Japanese including adjuncts such as auxiliary verbs to Chinese in the case of a word which iniflects like a verb. SOLUTION: When a reading of Japanese is inputted through an input part 21, a control part 22 performs a Japanese-Chinese converting processing through a conversion part 23. The conversion part 23 divides the inputted reading of Japanese into the stem and adjunct by referring to a Japanese-Chinese dictionary 24 and an adjunct dictionary 25 to obtain the notations of Chinese corresponding to the stem and the adjunct, and adds the Chinese notation of the adjunct to the Chinese notation of the stem to generate a Chinese word corresponding to the reading of Japanese. The control part 22 outputs the Chinese word obtained by the conversion part 23 as a conversion result through an output part 26. |
