<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and surely discharge air bubbles from the peripheral part of a cell without deforming a thermoplastic resin molded article by providing a mold arranged at a designated space from the thermoplastic resin molded article with a through hole disposed in the inside near the peripheral edge part. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin molded article 3 previously formed in a designated shape and a fiber reinforcement material 4 are put on a male mold 1 of the same shape as the desiganted shape, and a, mold 2 is arranged at a designated space from the thermoplastic resin molded article 3 and the fiber reinforcement material 4 to form a cell. At this time, as the mold 2, a through hole 9 as a discharge port is provided on the inside of the vicinity of the peripheral edge part, and with the peripheral edge part of the thermoplastic resin molded article 3 and the peripheral edge part of the mold 2 brought into contact with each other to perform closing, thermoplastic resin is cast in the cell from a filling port 5 provided in the central part of the mold 2, and air is discharged from the cell through the through hole 9 to harden thermosetting resin.</p> |
