PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for a foundation work at the time of installation to a factory or the like and to make it possible to carry the device to a site for laying of pipes or the like at need and to execute on site working by installing a three-point bending mechanism section together with a feed mechanism into a common base plate having large rigidity.
