PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable viewing of a desired program or the like and to acquire desired information by providing a function of storing incidental information such as a program from the publicity device at an optional place for the small- sized information device and using a media device (such as a television receiver and a video tape recorder) to attain viewing and video recording reservation, based on the stored incidental information, with respect to the publicity device, the small-sized information device and the storage medium. SOLUTION: The publicity device 2 is provided with a means that displays a broadcast program and outputs it sound and a means that transmits wireless program incident information to the small-sized information device 1, where the information is stored. The small-sized information device 1 is provided with a means that receives transmitted wireless program incidental information or commercial advertisement incident information and that stores the information, and a means that sends optional wireless incidental information among the stored information to a medium device to allow the medium device to view or to reserve video recording of the program of commercial advertisement incident information. |
