PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a gel-like sealant from being adhered to a terminal piece, and to improve the insertion workability of the terminal piece. SOLUTION: A space between a cover 23 and a housing 11, and a space between the cover 23 and a wire 15 are sealed with a gel-like sealant 40, and a rear side of the housing 11 is waterproof. Because a female terminal piece 14 need not be brought into contact with the gel-like sealant 40 when the female terminal piece 14 is inserted, no gel-like sealant 40 is adhered to the female terminal piece 14, or the viscous resistance of the gel-like sealant 40 is not applied to the female terminal piece 14.
