PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent electronic part storing soft tray having superior conductivity. SOLUTION: A soft tray with a pocket for storing electronic parts contains a charge movable complex on both faces on one face of the soft tray, and the charge movable complex is composed of a conductive organic polymer as an electronic donor and an electronic acceptor, and the soft tray is coated with a conductive film of 10<12>Ω/cm<2> surface resistance or less on both faces on one face. As the conductive organic polymer, polypyrroles represented by the formula [In the formula, (m) represents 100-10,000 integer and R represents ethoxy carbonyl and butoxy carbonyl] is preferably used, and as the electronic acceptor, 2,3,6,7-tetracyano 1,4,5,8-tetraazanaphthalene is preferably used.
