PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for boiling noodles comprising a rail which supports a transfer chain for transferring the noodles, scarcely sticks residual materials such as components of raw noodles produced after boiling the raw noodles and is capable of readily washing and removing the sticking residual materials. SOLUTION: This apparatus for boiling noodles is obtained by forming the lower side of a carrying surface 51a of a rail 51 into the shape of a gradually narrower width than that of the carrying surface 51a in the apparatus for boiling the noodles prepared by attaching each bucket for housing the noodles at a prescribed interval to a transfer chain 12 and installing the rail 51 having the carrying surface 51a for supporting the transfer chain 12. |
