CONSTANT VOLTAGE GENERATION CIRCUIT, ITS MANUFACTURE AND OUTPUT VOLTAGE ADJUSTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely adjust an output voltage without increasing a pattern area by providing plural electrodes for generating voltage arranged in a line and plural electrodes for connecting a power source selectively connected to a power source. SOLUTION: A constant voltage generation circuit is provided with a resistor R1, a grounding electrode TG1 , a positive or negative power source V1 , an electrode for connecting a power source TV11 , a connecting electrode TV12 , an electrode for voltage TS1 conducted to the power source V1 and selectively connected to one of the electrodes TV11 and TV12 through a bonding wire, etc., and electrodes for generating output voltage T11 to T13 . As the electrodes TV11 and TV12 are plurally provided in additon to plurally providing the electrodes T11 to T13 , the constant voltage generation circuit outputs several kinds of voltages with a fine potential difference by varying combination of the electrodes T11 to T13 to be selected and the electrodes TV11 and TV12 to be selected. Thereby, an output voltage is precisely adjusted.
