<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow removing device capable of rotating 360 deg. or larger concentrically to an overhead wire and removing snow adhering to the overhead wire by reacting to winds with higher sensitivity than in the conventional examples. SOLUTION: A snow removing device is constituted of fixing rings 2 which are fixed to an overhead wire at a prescribed interval in the axial direction of the wire, rotary rings 3 respectively put on the outer peripheral surfaces of the rings 2 the rings 3 which are rotatable in the peripheral directions, wind vanes 5 provided to at least two locations facing each other in the diametrical directions on the outer peripheral surfaces of each ring 3, and snow raking blades 6a and 6b which are provided, in such a way that the blades 6a and 6b connect the adjacent rotary rings 3 and 3 at different positions in the peripheral direction and can spirally move around the overhead wire. Therefore, the removing device can effectively drop the snow adhering to the overhead wire by effectively utilizing the wind force of natural energy.</p> |
