PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sound absorbing performance, a walk feeling and the touch of a cushioning material for a soundproof floor material, and to avoid oozing-out of water from the concrete surface by heating/pressurizing/ compressing this laminated body by sandwiching a laminated film composed of a thermosetting resin film not more than a specific thickness and a thermoplastic resin film formed on its both surfaces, between porous sheets. SOLUTION: A thermally compressed polyurethane foam sheet is formed by heating/compressing this laminated body under a prescribed condition by forming the laminated body by sandwiching a laminated film 3 of a three layer structure composed of polyethylene films 2a, 2b formed on both surfaces of a polyester film 1 having a thickness of 12μm between soft polyurethane foam sheets 4, 5. The thermally compressed polyurethane foam sheet has no touch of the polyester film 1 but the touch of a urethane foam single body can be obtained. Oozing-out of water from the concrete surface can be avoided even if curing of concrete is insufficient by the presence of the polyester film 1 since the laminated body is firmly adhered.
