PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive resin composition for impregnation for fibrous sheet reinforcement technique wherein, compared to the conventional epoxy resin-based adhesion resins for impregnation, the tack-drying time is shortened by more than half to attain a short tack-drying time even at low temperatures, while the easiness of the mixing procedure of a main agent and a hardener, the odor, the risk at handling, etc., as well as the pot-life, are at the same level, and a fibrous sheet reinforcement technique for low-temperature areas using this. SOLUTION: This composition comprises a main agent containing an epoxy resin, a thiirane compound and a viscosity depressant and a hardener containing an amine compound, and contains epoxy groups, thiirane groups and active amine hydrogen groups at an equivalent ratio of epoxy group: thiirane group: active amine hydrogen group =1:α:1±β(wherein 0.1<α<1.0 and 0<=β<0.2).
