PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small developing device, suitable for a small, tandem image-forming device, which obtains stable image quality for a long period of time. SOLUTION: Developer held on a developer holding roll 22 is attracted by a pickup pole 24b incorporated in a lower carrying roll 24, and carried by carrying poles 24e and 24f. It is attracted by a pickup pole 25b in an adjacent position S2 opposite to an upper carrying roll 25, and carried onto the upper carrying roll 25. Then, in a throwing-up position T, it is separated from the upper carrying roll 25 by a releasing pole 25c and a centrifugal force, and caused to fall onto a developer agitation part. |
