PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit data whose length is longer than a data transmission time depending on the precision of reference clocks of a transmitter and a receiver continuously, to improve the effective transmission speed and to reduce the cost. SOLUTION: A phase change measurement means 207 measures a change in a phase outputted from a timing comparison means 205 within a time including a point of time when a selection means 206 selects one phase shift signal at the end of synchronization and a point of time of the end of a data part with a known length, a correction value conversion means 208 changes the frequency of an oscillation means 203 to bring a frequency of an internal clock close to a clock frequency of a transmitter side. |
