PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new processed food other than meat and fish aspic by utilizing gelatin contained in a sharkskin by using formerly wasted sharkskin by seasoning the sharkskin of which placoid scale is removed and the surface is baked and fastened in a dry heat state. SOLUTION: The objective food is obtained by removing placoid scale on the surface of a sharkskin, baking and fastening the surface of the sharkskin after removing the placoid scale at a dried heat and seasoning. |
