PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply carry out positioning work of a welding position adjusted to various objects to be welded, improve an outer appearance by finely arranging weld-marks in a straight line, and further enhance workability without reducing a commodity value in welding work of objects to be welded. SOLUTION: This small-sized ultrasonic welder comprises an ultrasonic horn 4 and a pressure chip 3 to be pressurized by the ultrasonic horn 4, and a stopper 9 for positioning an object to be welded, which is slidable in a forward and backward direction, stands in the rear of the ultrasonic horn 4 in a direction in which the object is mounted. A slide structure of this positioning stopper 9 movable toward the forward and backward direction has a horizontal plate 10 adapted in an ultrasonic horn housing 5, and a guide plate 12 having an adaptation part 11 at which the horizontal plate 10 is slidable is secured with screws 13. The horizontal plate 10 which stands and supports the positioning stopper 9 is adapted slidably in the forward and backward direction within the adaptation part 11 of the guide plate 12, and the sliding operation of the horizontal plate 10 is made possible from the external side of the ultrasonic horn housing 5. |
