PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lamp of a single-chip, wherein the requirements for aggregation is reduced or eliminated. SOLUTION: This chip of an LED lamp comprises an upper surface 13 and an active region 10 of a specified refractive index ns , with an n-conductive type semiconductor layer 6 and a p-conductive type semiconductor layer 7 are provide laminated together. The semiconductor layers are provided on a transparent substrate 5 of refractive index nb which is smaller than the refractive factor ns by 20%, and the chip is formed on at least one of the semiconductor layers to form a plurality of light-emitting elements separated from each other, respectively with a plurality of light-emitting grooves comprising a conductive track 16 provided in it. Furthermore, at least two of the light-emitting elements are connected together so as to drive as a single body. |
