PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise sales data processor capable of exactly and surely managing revenue stamps. SOLUTION: Concerning a total sales amount obtained based on the sales registration data of one transaction inputted from an input means (keyboard 12) by an arithmetic means (CPU 61), a total sales amount judging means (CPU 61) judges whether this total sales amount is larger than an amount requiring the sticking of a revenue stamp or not, and when it is larger, a revenue stamp sticking column is printed on a receipt by a printing means (printer driving circuit 36/printer 35).Then, '1' is added to the contents in a stamp number memory (RAM 63) and this result is stored. When a return amount judging means (CPU 61) judges the return amount of one transaction inputted by the input means is larger than the amount requiring the sticking of a revenue stamp, '1' is subtracted from the contents in the stamp number memory (63h) by a counting means (CPU 61) and this result is stored so that the number of stamps to be used can be exactly managed. |
