PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for filling and distributing fluid equipped with a means for preventing a bag from being torn or a hole from being made on the bag. SOLUTION: The apparatus for filling and distributing fluid P has a container 2 for housing a starinkable bag 5 suitable for compression as a quantity of the fluid contained inside the bag 5 decreases and has a take-out means 4 opening toward the inside of the bag 5. The apparatus includes a free body 15 which selects its buoyancy to be positioned near the take-out means when the apparatus is used for distributing the fluid, wherein a shape and a size of the body 15 have been selected so that the bag 5 may be prevented from being torn as the bag 5 compresses. |
